State attorneys general in 14 states, including Michigan, New York, Virginia and Wisconsin, are asking EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler to rescind the directive and resume pollution enforcement.
Nearly a dozen environmental groups in Tennessee, including the Tennessee Clean Water Network and local Sierra Club groups, sent Tennessee Attorney General Herbert Slatery III a letter earlier this month asking him to do the same.”
