PEER Executive Director Tim Whitehouse testified at the Senate Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on the Constitution hearing titled Protecting American Citizenship IV: America 250 and Reclaiming American Citizenship. He raised serious questions about Freedom 250, a private LLC created by the Trump administration which received at least $100 million in taxpayer funds with no Congressional oversight.
