Nicole joined PEER in 2024 as the HR and Office Manager. She brings a diverse background in administration, human resources, and health coaching. Before joining PEER, she worked as an Administrator at Noom, a tech company focused on behavior change and mental wellness. She has also contributed to improving maternal health disparities for Black women as a health coach at Mamatoto Village, a non-profit organization in Washington, D.C. Additionally, she has experience in high-level administrative roles, having contracted with the Department of State as an Executive Secretary. Nicole is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and supporting the growth and success of the PEER team. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, taking long walks, and experimenting with new plant-based recipes.
