Legal and Program Manager

Kaylee Rodriguez joined PEER in 2025, following her time as a legal assistant at the Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division. In addition to her experience at DOJ, Kaylee has interned for non-profits focused on a variety of issues including the environment, civic engagement, and access to immigration legal services. As a Miami native, she has a deep appreciation for the natural world, especially the ocean, and is no stranger to the pressing environmental threats we face today. Her educational background includes public policy, environmental science, and journalism. She holds a BA from Duke University and hopes to pursue a career as an attorney.
