“The Trump administration is asking a federal court to throw out a lawsuit challenging the authority of William Perry Pendley and Margaret Everson to lead the Bureau of Land Management and National Park Service, respectively.
In essence, DOJ argues, each of the two plaintiffs — Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility (PEER) and Western Watersheds Project — “fails to demonstrate that it has suffered a sufficient injury.””
