“The Pasadena-based corporation has been accused of fraud by the Navy, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Bayview Hunters Point Community Advocates, Greenaction for Health and Environmental Justice and the Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility. Last year, four whistleblowers that were former shipyard workers said they were told to falsify reports or rush their work by Tetra Tech.”
