“George Luber, an official with the Asthma and Community Health Branch of the National Center for Environmental Health, intends to file a whistleblower complaint over his treatment at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention after having raised concerns about changes the Trump administration made to the center’s Climate and Health Program. Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility staff counsel Kevin Bell said Luber “has essentially been gagged at the agency,” placed on administrative leave and prevented from attending his office unsupervised. ”
