The White House Office of Management & Budget (OMB) has completed its review of an EPA proposed rule to list four PFAS as Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) “hazardous constituents,” which once finalized would give regulators the authority to require cleanup actions for releases from certain regulated waste facilities.
