The Bureau of Land Management is seeking public comment on a motorized travel management plan for the greater Paunsaugunt area just outside of Kanab, including off-road vehicle travel, through March 25.
Data released last week show that 54 million acres of land managed by BLM fail to meet the agency’s own “land-health standards.”, according to records obtained by bipartisan watchdog organization Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility and reported by High Country News.
