PEER Executive Director Tim Whitehouse testified before the House Committee on Natural Resources in support and opposition of various bills.

• Support of H.R. 2689 – Empower Secretaries of the Interior to design and implement and centralized online permitting system, increasing efficiency an accessibility
• Support H.R. 2872 – Allowing states to issue federal duck hunting stamps, increasing accessibility and revenue
• Oppose H.R. 524 – Allowing federally subsidized sand mining in the Coastal Barrier Reef System
• Oppose H.R. 615 – Barring current and future Secretaries of the Interior from banning the use of lead ammunition and tackle on public lands
